People and Remuneration Committee The People and Remuneration Committee (PRC) is an advisory committee of the Board and of the Supervisory Committee. In line with CLA governance structures, PRC oversees the annual review processes of the CLA Chief Executive and is provided by the CEO with an overview of the senior leadership team’s performance. The Committee’s role is also to review and recommend to the Board revisions to staff and management welfare and remuneration policy and to consider other significant HR issues. Composition: Catherine Quinn – Chair Neil Burgess Tom Chatfield Susan Voss Audit and Risk Committee The Audit and Risk Committee’s scope of interest is financial reporting, data, health and safety and programmes and projects. For these areas of business, the Audit and Risk Committee’s primary responsibilities on behalf of the Board are to ensure there is a suitable assurance and risk management framework and provide an annual assurance statement to the Board.
